The first result all we can predict is, Blackbeard flees after seeing the Marine hero himself as he fled from amazon lily after getting confronted by Dark King silver Rayleigh. Blackbeard is basically not the type to fight without any prior objectives especially with the Pirate King rival Monkey D Garp.
Next possible outcome could be Garp killing one of the allies of the Black Beard, causing Blackbeard and his crew to flee. Since Garp is predicted to have insane haki as he does not use any weapons oe devil fruit like other one piece characters. Oda might show us a glimpse of this monstrous power in upcoming chapter demonstrating the capability that Garp posses. One piece universe does not takes age as a major constraint to decrease the power of character. We saw that when Rayleigh toyed with gear 4 luffy like nothing. So it might take toll on Black beard crew if Garp gets real serious.
The last expected outcome could be the death of Monkey D Garp himself to build the plot and hype for the main battle between Luffy and Blackbeard pirates. It could motivate luffy to further purse and destroy the Blackbeard pirates.
