Episode 0 of Mushoku Tensei Season 2, titled "Guardian Fitz," is set to premiere on July 2nd. According to the official website, the episode's synopsis reveals that Ariel, the second princess of the Kingdom of Asura, is attacked by a sudden demon in the royal garden. As her bodyguards are defeated by the monster, someone unexpected comes to her aid. Several months later, in the midst of a power struggle for the throne, a mysterious figure known as "Silent Fitz" emerges within the royal palace.
Studio Bind has returned to animate the sequel, and a new trailer for the season has been released. Crunchyroll will be streaming the anime, and they describe the story as follows: After being reincarnated in a new world as an infant following a fatal accident, a 34-year-old underachiever named Rudy is determined to make the most of his new life. With newfound friends, magical abilities, and the courage to pursue his dreams, Rudy embarks on an epic adventure, drawing on his past experiences.
